Hey Boo!

In my late teens and early 20s, I was lit almost every weekend. My only form of cardio? Twerking (LOL). But I hit a point where walking up one flight of stairs had me out of breath, and I knew I couldn’t keep living like that.

So, I decided to be more intentional. I started working out, gave up soda, and got into juicing — mainly just for me. I started to post my juices on social media, just to share the recipe, then people started asking me to make some for them.

I would ask for revies and time after time, the messages came in:
✨ “I feel more energized!”
✨ “This tastes way better than I thought!”
✨ “This helped me detox! I’ll be shopping again next week”

AND BABY - That’s when it clicked — this wasn’t just about me anymore. I had created something that was helping other women and men not only feel good but also look good in their bodies too.
